inside evaluating styling needs
- Discuss your expectations, needs and goals, along
with a review of the styling process
- A open and honest review of your property is provided
along with practical advice on how a potential buyer
or tenant would see your property
- Quick fixes and recommendations are made enabling
you to maximise your property’s potential as
soon as possible
- Items are discussed for removal to clear and de-clutter
the property

DIY Package £150 |
- As above and in addition a follow-up report after
visiting your property
- The report details all that has been discussed along
with recommended improvements so that you can carry
out the works yourself
- The report could contain suggested paint colours,
room plans and layouts along with details of work
required for each area

- Follow Up / Fine Tune Walkthrough where one to two
hours are spent reviewing
your progress to make sure that you are on the right
“styling” track

- List of prep work to be completed prior to the
styling day
- Half Day of Styling – Up to 4 Hours
- Begin Styling in the main areas of the home
- Adding additional accent pieces to your home
- Action Plan to complete the styling process
on your own
- Follow Up / Fine Tune Walkthrough where one
to two hours are spent reviewing your progress
to make sure that you are on the right “styling”
track
- Photographs can be provided to emphasise key
aspects to promote your property

- Pre-Styling Consultation
- As Verbal consultation
- List of prep work to be completed prior to the
styling day
- Action Plan agreed with one day allocated for
the work to be carried out
- A list of items required will be agreed in advance
with the option of shopping assistance (additional
charge)
- Any major decoration work can be organised through
links with local trades people (additional charge
applicable if supervision of works is required)
- Full Day of Styling – Up to 8 Hours
- Styling in the main areas and lesser areas of
the home. This could include gardening / kerb
appeal, minor redecoration, de-cluttering, room
layouts or final styling touches
- Photographs can be provided to emphasise key
aspects to promote your property

Additional Services available at an hourly rate of
£30 (Maximum 4 hours) or a Daily Rate
(8 hours) - £240
Fuel costs charged after 15 miles
- 40p per mile
